Our names are Yvonne and Abbey Foden (mother and daughter) running an independent childcare facility from our home in Holmes Chapel.

We have been open since October 2014, our aim is to provide high quality childcare from the comfort of our own home. We have an excellent homely atmosphere which children respond well to. We ensure that all children feel happy, safe, secure and comfortable in our care.
We are commited to providing high standards of learning and developement under the EYFS Framework and embrace the principles of Every Child Matters.

Child Safety
Your childs safety is paramount to us. Little Monkeys is committed to keeping children in a caring, safe and secure environment at all times. Our premises are risk assessed on a regular basis and meet Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted requirements. Safety routines, including fire drills and first-aid procedures, are regularly reviewed and updated.
We have all undertaken a Paediatric First Aid Course, as well as a Safeguarding Course.
Parents are provided with a full copy of our policies and procedures.

About Abbey
"Having worked in a nursery for just over 3 years, I graduated from assisting in the baby room to lead practitioner in the toddler room. It was during my time at the nursery that I achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
In 2014, I decided to branch out on my own so I could offer parents an alternative to the more structured routine of a nursery. At the beginning of 2014, I completed the course offered by Cheshire East Council to become a childminder.
During my time at the nursery I gained the experience expected by Ofsted to cover the EYFS in a learning yet playful manner."
About Yvonne
"I trained as a childminder in 2014 and received my Ofsted certificate in September 2014. Before becoming a childminder, I worked full time as an accounts payable manager. I now work alongside Abbey full time.
Myself, husband David and son Gaz, were delighted to help Abbey setup her childcare business working from home".
